Hey Flow Family , let me remind you to always “BIG UP “ yourself . That’s a Jamaican term that is used to refer to a compliment or speak highly of . We must always compliment ourselves. Speak life over yourself and your situation. Never let a day go by where you are letting this world or people determine how you feel about yourself . I learned through my journey of life that when I fully sacrificed my flesh unto the Lord He helped me obtain His peace that resulted in helping me stay focused on being the best version of myself . I had to ask myself , “ Who am I really serving ? “ I made an important decision over my life which was to take accountability.
