LEAD: MAYOR JOHN TORY Toronto public health officials have said Toronto isn't yet ready to enter into the red-control zone of reopening and recommend remaining in grey-lockdown but still think some alterations can be made--allowing for some outdoor dining and exercise. Libby speaks with Mayor John Tory on the latest developments regarding the virus in the city. SEGMENT 2: ARE WE IN A THIRD WAVE? Libby Znaimer is joined by Dr. Peter Juni, Scientific Director of the province’s COVID-19 Science Advisory Table. As the headline indicates, they'll discuss their recent declaration that Ontario is in a third wave and that may require yet another lockdown. SEGMENT 3: TWO CANADIANS DETAINED IN CHINA HEADING TO TRIAL The two Canadians arrested in China, Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor, have been given their trial dates on espionage charges. The arrests are widely believed to be in retaliation for Canada's detention of Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou on behalf of the United States.  Libby Znaimer is joined by Charles Burton, a Senior Fellow at the MacDonald-Laurier Institute and expert on Canada-China relations on what this all means for the deteriorating Canada-China relationship.
