Yesterday, we learned that the province plans to inoculate all staff and residents of long-term care homes in four COVID-19 hotspots (Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Windsor-Essex) by Jan. 21st. But, where do older residents living outside of long-term care fall in the queue of the vaccine roll out strategy? Especially those with underlying health conditions.
