Libby Znaimer is joined by Paul Rivett, Chairman and Co-Proprietor of Torstar, Jordan Bitove, Publisher of the Toronto Star and Co-Proprietor of Torstar, and Geriatrics and Internal Medicine Dr. Nathan Stall with Sinai Health. With every week that goes by, the carnage in LTC homes worsens. CARP has launched a petition to fire LTC Minister Merrilee Fullerton. So far, over 5,000 people have signed up. Other powerful voices are joining in on the campaign to demand change for LTC including the owners of Torstar. They put out an editorial saying: "we are writing out of anger and sorrow over the inhumane treatment of one of the most venerable — and vulnerable — groups in our society: our elders." Libby and guests weigh in on the latest. Listen live, weekdays from noon to 1, on Zoomer Radio!
