About half of the population is female. Yet, most research on health and performance are done on male, in part because it’s easier to compare since their hormones pattern are always the same. But "women are not small men" the menstrual cycle is something that is part of many people's lives. I believe there can be a tremendous performance and health advantage in knowing how to work WITH our physiology.

Menstruation is something that is not often talked about, but I believe we should not be ashamed of it and that it needs to be talked about. In this series, follow along on Maghalie's journey as she tries to learn more about the menstrual cycle.
