Ken Lousberg has been CEO at SRAM - one of the biggest cycling companies in the world - for 2 years. Before arriving at SRAM, Ken worked as president of Terex Corporation. During this conversation, Ken shares how his previous experience in another business field helped him in his new role in the cycling industry.
