Today's guest has a few things that make her very unique in the pro Women's field. She is one of the only rider lining up on for the Elite World Championships who also has a full-time day job. She's also one of the only riders in the field who races on custom-handmade bikes. We discuss these two things and how she's able to balance a full-time job with her racing schedule. Caitlin shares her journey from how this year, at age 32, she went from racing her first-ever World Cup to qualifying for the World Championships. We talk about her past as a ski racer, about how her love of the colour purple, and much more.
