99. How To Align with Your Body Instead of Fight Against It

This episode gets personal. I have an open-hearted discussion about how I have had an adversarial relationship with a very important part of my body for the majority of my life. I had made my hormones and reproductive organs a sort of enemy. I will tell you how I am repairing that relationship and aligning with it for a healthier and happier peri-menopause experience. At the same time, I have had to breakup with my best friend; running. It has been a heartbreak for me and I share my process of grieving, while heading toward acceptance. When we give ourselves permission to listen to our body, give it what it is asking for and grieve the things that aren\'t the way we want them to be we can be in alignment with our body.
