Self-Love is not meant to be isolated or lonely. Connecting, nurturing and bonding with self is work, and can sometimes be uncomfortable, but we are not meant to do it alone. In this episode, I introduce the idea of a self-love community that supports the inner work you are doing. We are all surrounded by other people in our homes, in our jobs and even on the internet.
