70: How to move from shame to self-compassion

Shame is a powerful self-love blocker. Shame can also be disguised. When it is hiding underneath anger, fear, sadness we don't bring it out to the light to diminish it. I recently went through a process of turning my awareness of some unresolved shame into acceptance and then  into self-compassion and self-forgiveness. I take you through this process too.
