Do you identify as a "rule follower"? It\'s okay if you do! It is not anything "bad" or to be ashamed of. As a matter of fact, being a rule follower has served me in many aspects of my life...however, it has also sent me on paths due to fear and insecurity. In this episode, we will discuss where our rule following tendencies come from and how to release the pressure from improving, being "better" or doing it "right".
