Do you feel yourself controlling, frustrated and disappointed? In this episode I share why ACCEPTANCE is the key to happiness in situations, with others and ESPECIALLY with ourselves. Acceptance is a journey that we can work towards in all areas of our life. Acceptance allows us to release the grip of exhausting control and takes out the judgmental emotions that create so much unhappiness.
