The book "Set Boundaries, Find Peace; a guide to reclaiming yourself"  by Nedra Glover Tawwab is the basis of this episode. I share some important aspects of boundaries from the book and how they relate to self love. When we love ourselves we know our needs and have confidence in how to ask for our needs. And, as we do this, our self love continues to be nurtured and will grow. Boundaries are essential to the relationship with ourself and it is how we honor ourself.
