Mindfulness is a powerful tool that helps us fall in love with ourself a little bit more each time we practice it. Mindfulness is being aware of our thoughts and detaching judgment from them. It has helped me to be more present, more in tune with my inner wisdom, and has helped me to respond rather than react. Being mindful can also turn an act of self care into an act of self love.
