He’s the Shooting Star of the season in men’s biathlon and currently 2nd in the total score ranking, fighting for the big crystal globe against his teammate Johannes Thingnes Bø.
In our conversation we talk about Sturla’s rocketing start of his career after last year’s European Championships. We also learn about the secrets for his nearly perfect shooting at the range. He shares his goals for the upcoming World Championships in Pokljuka, as well as his plans for the rest of the season and if he’s able to challenge Johannes for the yellow bib till the end.
