What will be the transportation systems that will support space-based commerce as the new space economy grows? That was the fundamental question asked by John Weathersby, the founder of StellarModal. John is our guest on this edition of the Ex Terra Podcast.

StellarModal is an international trade association whose mission is to promote the advancement of transportation systems which will support the field of space-based commerce.

To accomplish this mission, the StellarModal Transportation Association serves as an advocate for the development of Earth-to-Apex (A/E) infrastructure and transportation systems; a research, development and education facilitator; and a strategic consortium for public and private sector interests who seek to participate in the advancement of space-based commercial activities.

The association advocates for technologies, products, services and objectives that advance the field of orbital and space-based commerce. They are also a Strategic Consortium to serve as a forum for commercial, independent, governmental and academic entities.

StellarModal is a membership-based, non-profit, trade association open to anyone in the supply chain of transportation systems that support the business and operation of space commerce, including:
