Thankfully we both took our experiences as a cue that we needed to change the way we approach our practice and our health. \\n\\nFor Jeppe, yoga was the answer, so we go into his experience with parkour and yoga and what he's learned in the interaction between those things. We also talk a lot about the need to balance yin and yang, and the idea that movement can give us something much more deeply meaningful than just external performance. \\n\\nSo I think if you are interested in the themes of spirituality that have been coming up in the last few episodes, this will be a really good one for you.
