b'Welcome back to another episode of the Evolve Move Play podcast! \\n\\nThis week my guest is Chloe Valdary, a public intellectual and writer who has been published by the Atlantic, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. \\n\\nChloe is the founder of Theory of Enchantment which helps businesses fight racism systematically by combining the teaching of Dr. Martin Luther King with developmental psychology and pop culture materials. Through her work she aims to help others develop their understanding of social emotional learning and improve their ability to take care of each other.\\n\\nThe three fundamental principles of her method around conflict resolution are: \\n1) Treat people as individuals, not political abstractions. \\n2) Criticize to uplift and inspire, never to tear down and destroy. \\n3) Root everything you do in love and compassion. \\n\\nI really loved the way that she brings these things together in her work in promoting the idea of Agapic love and how we can change our ways of thinking to improve our connection to each other.\\n\\nI was also particularly interested in talking to Chloe because we share an interest in the work of Jordan Peterson and the idea of archetypal stories.
