The Real Reason Dinner is so Difficult!

In this episode, we are going to talk about why "What's for dinner?!" makes us cringe...and how to stay one step ahead. 

The struggle is real. We all have at least one, but likely many more than that. Especially in the area of dinner. Picky eaters, power struggles, not enough time… the list could go on forever!

When the struggle with dinner gets to be too much, we often fall into the convenience trap or the fast-food trap. Which is easy. But then the guilt starts to trickle in because you've spent too much money, or because you know what you just fed your family isn't the healthiest.

Let's talk about how to be more intentional about the dinner hour. Because we want to spend more time back at the dinner table. We want to enjoy a meal with our family.
