Moving Your Body with Intention

No, I’m not going to ask you to run. Unless you want to, or love to, or think you should try it. In this 1st episode of a 2 part “Intentional Body” series, we’re going to chat about moving your body with purpose and intention. 
 
Fitness is crucial to living an intentional life, as you want your physical body to be “fit” for the journey. 
 
Fitness is part movement and part rest, and in this first episode of this 2-parter, we will look at the movement component.  
 
I’m sharing why fitness is important to me and why it should be important to you. I’m also going to walk you through several different “fitness personas” and offer some ideas for different free and paid fitness programs/apps to consider.
 
Finally, we will look at PIE and how to set yourself up with realistic and practical fitness goals.
