What if we made rest and renewal part of our daily, weekly, and monthly routines?\xa0 \xa0 We will look at the importance of rest, and how to be intentional about including it into our schedule and routines, given all that life throws at us.\xa0 \xa0 And with every episode, we will eat a piece of PIE as it applies to rest, and take a look at how we should think, feel and take action around the concept of rest.
