Episode 64 - Iran Sanctions | Saudi Arabia | Trump and Lybian Oil

b'Iran Sanctions
Implications for Venezuela - is the US giving up on those sanctions in favor of Iran sanctions?
Implications for oil market - will the UAE and Saudi compensate barrel for barrel? Or will we see higher oil prices as a result of tightening supply?
Has Trump lost leverage with China by ending the waivers as well?

What’s up with Texas - layoffs happened but now that oil prices are rising, will Texas producers hike production? Should producers start hedging production now that prices are up?

Russia is another player. The bromance days are over and Russia is now in the driver’s seat.

Libya: Trump talks to militia warlord Hafter about getting Libya’s oil production back on track. This doesn’t seem likely but would be very helpful to the situations if it could be managed.
