\\nYou are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, including yourself. Your behaviour subconsciously influences your friends and vice versa.
\\nThe people you surround yourself with dramatically impact your beliefs (beliefs are infectious), and the way your friends behave influences your behaviour, your habits.
\\nIf you hang around people who are healthy and fit, there is a greater chance that you will get fit and healthy and that works both ways (it can also work in the opposite way too).
\\nWho you chose to spend time with greatly influence the person you will become. Who you chose to spend your time with can raise you up as much as it can bring you down.
