Welcome to the sixth episode of the Dunkin' with Dom Podcast! In an episode that features our first multi-guest lineup and our first non-sports topic, we'll be spending close to an hour talking about the college admissions process, how it impacts students in the United States, and what are some of its' many flaws. Nardeen, Juha, and I will share some of our own experiences and provide examples to back up our claims. Topics that we will be covering include inconsistencies in SAT Testing, the College Board's monopoly over the admissions market, application essays that are unnecessary, GPA inflation, extracurricular half-truths, and much more. Overall, we are looking to contextualize the college admissions process and point out some of the many irregularities, difficulties, and loopholes that have a direct correlation to applicants being submitted to certain colleges and universities. Lastly, in commemoration of the one year anniversary of "The Gobert Game", I'll be doing a quick solo segment talking about the game itself, where the event should fall within the context of the NBA's history, and how that day still impacts the league right now and going forward. Today's guest(s): Nardeen Saleep and Juha Scharden
