In another NBA offseason episode, Jesse and I run through all of the Western Conference teams and determine if we considered their entire offseasons (the totality of the draft, free agency, and trades) as worthy of being classified as winners, losers, and questionables. Again, we will be focusing exclusively on the Western Conference and give our takes on every team, every signing, every contract, and every major move.
