The Blue Kool-Aid krew gather one more time to bid farewell to the 2022 season by giving out their annual grades. They kick things off with their reactions to the news that coordinators Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn are being requested for head coaching interviews by multiple teams (3:20). Then they jump right into the grades starting with QB (10:20), RB/FB (20:30), OL (30:10), TE (36:25), and WR (44:00). After the offense, they switch to the defense, start with DL/Edge (53:05), LB (1:05:20), and DB (1:12:05).
After the position groups are done, the krew went to grade the staff such as OC Ben Johnson (1:22:30), DC Aaron Glenn (1:28:30), Head coach Dan Campbell (1:36:40), GM Brad Holmes (1:44:20), and ownership (1:48:45). Finally, everyone gave out their winners for Rookie of the Year (1:54:10), Team MVP (1:55:10), best play of the year (1:56:50), highest moment of the season 2:00:05, lowest moment of the season (2:03:20), Most Improved Player (2:04:35) and best quote (2:06:55).
