Emma-Jayne Star of 90 day fiance and Life Coach joins Tiffany to discuss what its really like to move on from a divorce, and find happiness again. Emma-Jayne, best known for her direct, sisterly advice whilst on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 days, has turned her expertise from a lifelong career as a Human Resources professional where she spent 17 years coaching, mentoring and supporting people to develop in their performance and confidence at work into becoming a specialist in life and relationship coaching, empowering women to become a better stronger version of themselves. Emma-Jayne is passionate about helping women. She wants to support them to stop worrying about the unknown and teach them the techniques that will enable them to realise that their once farfetched dreams can be made into a reality. Emma-Jayne wants to be the sister women have either never had or always wanted, that someone to turn to when they need a boost of confidence and be that uplifter, someone who shows women how powerful and awesome they truly are. She prides herself on enabling others to transform their own lives. She wants others to realise that without fear, the options are limitless.

Emma-Jayne is a Strategic Life Coach Practitioner, an Engage Accredited Coach and a member of both the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and the Association of Coaching.

She resides in the UK with her partner and daughter with all her family close and enjoys reading, dancing and socialising with friends, partial to a strong coffee and a natter. She has recently fell in love with boxfit and weight lifting. Things she never imagined she would or could ever be physically able to do. She is on her own transformational weight loss journey, putting into practise what she preaches to have the most fulfilled and healthy lifestyle.
