Interview with recording artist Ross Victory

Published: Sept. 4, 2020, midnight

Ross Victory is an American artist from Los Angeles. Raised on the smooth soul of the 90s--Jon B., Donnell Jones, Anita Baker, and Babyface, and also a fan of contemporary R&B and soulful trap, Ross delivers catchy lyrics and syrupy serenades to capture listeners. Ross finds his unique voice by combining R&B music and literature to inspire and entertain both listeners and readers. As the author of the father-son themed memoir, Views from the Cockpit: The Journey of a Son and bisexual-themed Panorama: The Missing Chapter, Ross is a songwriter, but also a storyteller. If he weren’t keeping his English teachers on their toes for what he would say or write next, he was processing his world through songwriting and music. After two losses—his father and brother, Ross finds himself pushed to share his art with the world, with a clear understanding of its healing ability. Ross incorporates a range of moods and emotions for audiences using his personal story as a source, creativity, and cultural relevancy. Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/rossvictoryofficial
