Deanna is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and human trafficking. She holds degrees in psychology and public relations. Deanna is in the process of setting up a non-profit organization (recently received 501c3 designation) designed to help survivors of abuse with soft life-skills as well as educating the public about the realities of abuse and how it affects the entire community, not just the immediate victims. Deanna shares her message of transforming from a victim to a survivor to a thriver to inspire others to never give up on themselves.  Deanna’s proudest achievement is she broke the chain of abuse. Deanna is the proud mother of a daughter, K., and son, L.
