Why Is Race Still Being Treated as a Scientific Category
Race science or the pseudoscientific belief that empirical evidence exists to justify racism, racial inferiority or racial superiority, is making a startling comeback. Although all human genomes are 99.5% identical, it is nonetheless true that the remaining 0.5% can vary in ways that correlate to geographical ancestry. Those correlations, however, so not strictly map to social categories .
