California Lawmakers Considering Declaring Painkillers As Carcinogens

At the height of the #opiscrisis, should California lawmakers classify a common painkiller as a carcinogen. A state law known as Proposition 65 says California must warn people of any chemical known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. Acetaminophen, an over-the-counter painkiller is the basis for more than 600 prescription medications, could be added to that list.
