For those of you unfamiliar with the Enneagram, it is a personality test that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. Emily and Erin are BIG FANS & think it's truly helped them to learn more about themselves, how they view the world, and how they manage their actions/emotions/relationships. That's why they were thrilled to bring on the guest for today's episode to talk about all things enneagram!
Margarita is an Enneagram teacher trained in the Enneagram Narrative program. She has been studying the Enneagram for 10 years, and uses it both professionally and personally as a tool for self-compassion and empathy with others. Margarita currently works as the Associate of Human and Organizational Systems for a start-up called Learning Forte!
