Coach Nekia Jones joins the crew to tell her story and how her mentality powered her in athletics and now in her young coaching career. Nekia was never looked at as the best athlete growing up but that never shook her strong mindset. Nekia understood early on that she would always have to prove herself to show she belonged in sports.
