Filled to the Brim With Charissa...a Normal Life Coach, Sort Of!

Published: July 10, 2023, 6 p.m.

Brief Episode Summary:

I’m aging myself when I confess that one of my favorite television shows that I watched as a child, featured Roy Rogers and Dale Evans and of course Roy’s famous horse, Trigger. On that note, each of us has our own Trigger or Triggers and not the 4-legged angel type, that oftentimes are born out of various traumas, our trauma responses, including those from sexual assault, that we can choose to entertain, or not, when we receive its invitation. Thankfully, where it exists, there’s also trauma growth and of course, delicious life-changing and healing gluten-free slices, stories forged from our guest Charissa Brim and her personal life story.
