Seph taught a well-attended, well-received leglock seminar in Durham this weekend, and he joined us to talk about ideal training methods, footlocks, the best and toughest people he\'s trained with, why he identifies with sloths (and whether he identifies more with two- or three-toed sloths), why mayonnaise is the grossest, who his favorite jiujitsu athletes to watch are, and what his time as an uke on the Ryan Hall DVDs was like.
