How to keep talking

My mother and I work our way around some weird topics, trying to find the best balance to keep mental health talks healthy. As you can tell by the podcast it\u2019s not always the easiest thing to do. Hopefully this helps reinforce that every conversation doesn\u2019t have to (and most likely won\u2019t) go to plan and that the most important thing is to just keep trying.
