New Record Blue Catfish From Tennessee

A potential new Tennessee state record blue catfish has just been caught on the Cumberland River in Tennessee. Micka Burkhart is the angler who caught the giant catfish. Coincidentally, he hold the current Tennessee state record for a blue catfish. State record catfish are rare. Prior to last year the Tennessee record blue catfish stood for many years. It is always amazing when an angler breaks his own record. It is very rare that a fisherman breaks his own record.
