The \\u201cBad Bunny, baby\\u201d recording was included in two of the artist\\u2019s songs, including 2017 single \\u201cPa Ti\\u201d and the 2022 song \\u201cDos Mil 16.\\u201d Both tracks accumulate more than 200 million plays each on\\xa0Spotify. According to\\xa0court documents\\xa0filed in Puerto Rico earlier this month, De La Cruz said she came up with the phrase and her \\u201cdistinguishable voice\\u201d is being used without her permission. Her lawyers argue Bad Bunny\\u2019s use violates Puerto Rico\\u2019s \\u201claw of the right to own image.\\u201d
