Army, Air, Sea and Police Cadets gathered at Outposts in Somerset for CVQO’s 2016 Leadership Course. A record number of cadets joined us this year – 64 up from 48 – and a selection chatted to us about the experiences on the course and completing the ILM Level 3 qualification.
