244: Leadville Win, and a Crews Perspective of Western States 2023
Ellie Pell shares about her recent Win at the Leadville Marathon, which almost didn't happen. Although most of us will never win at this level, we discuss how sometimes the hardest part is just getting out there and giving your best on a given day.
We soak and groove a little more in the Western States vibe too, as we hear what it was like to Crew and pace this year.
We also give a pathetic recap of Manitous results, which honestly with all of the rain was like putting desitin on chocolate bugles.
