A Toronto woman is speaking out after she was mauled by a dog and wants to thank the people she says helped save her life; a mother and two children were injured and their dog was killed after a driver in a stolen truck smashed into their stopped car; and, crews are putting finishing touches on Exhibition Grounds for Toronto's annual Caribbean Carnival celebrations.
