This week's podcast guest is none other than Conrad Williams

Having been a really late starter to athletics, with his first competitive race being run at the age of 20, Conrad has shown his talent over the last two decades and now continues to help the people around him grow as he is now a coach to many different athletes including footballers as well as runners

Conrad has been a vital part of the success of the GB 4x400m team over the years and has been involved in pretty much every World Championship team since 2005.

I take a deep dive into his life throughout his career and how he handled different races as well as different challenges along the way.

I hope you find this a very interesting listen and please head over to the 'crickcastpod' instagram page to let me know what you thought of it

Until next time
