Libya has seen a sharp rise is coronavirus cases this week, only further destabilizing the country in the midst of a civil war. The ongoing violence in Libya has prevented humanitarian groups from going in to provide aid and testing, leaving its citizens with an already strained healthcare system and limited resources. FOX\u2019s Trey Yingst speaks with Tom Hill, a senior program officer for North Africa at the US Institute of Peace, on Libya\u2019s response to the coronavirus and its struggles to implement lockdowns.
