The Biden administration is seeing a crisis build at the southern border as migrant crossings have tripled in just weeks. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has requested a volunteer force to back up the current Border Patrol and Texas Governor Greg Abbott is blaming the surge in crossings on the rolling back of Trump era policies.
