Clinical studies over the past year and a half have shown the highest levels of stress and anxiety reported in the United states ever. The pandemic gets much of the blame but a lagging economy and other issues also have contributed. And while you may be feeling the pressure from various reasons, there are ways to deal with the stress. FOX's Trey Yingst speaks with Dr. Ken Yeager, Director of the STAR Program at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, about the mental strain and physical side effects of stress and how to cope with them.
