A lot of people have wondered why Trump and Barr have not stepped in to put down the violent uprisings in cities across the country and why only now are we seeing the announcement of Operation Legend, which will utilize various departments like the ATF, FBI, etc to join forces with local law enforcement in cities to combat record levels of violence.
I explain why they had to wait, and the two main reasons Trump could not just send in troops and crush the lawlessness like so many wanted him to do.
