Today’s guest is Discovery Coach, Nancy Stubbs. Nancy brings a very interesting aspect to the mix of our guests here on Consciously Speaking as she blends her 12 years of experience in human resources with another 12 years of her Big Leap Discovery Coaching.
In combination, she utilizes an assessment tool that helps point to and, in a way, quantify, a person’s genius! This tool helps identify their innate talents — their striving instincts — how they take action when they’re free to be themselves.
Nancy combines this assessment tool with several others in the Kolbe suite of products to help hiring leaders build their teams based upon conative instincts. This allows her to help individual clients who are curious about discovering, validating, and using their talents in a conscious, deliberate way that will bring them a greater sense of alignment and happiness with their chosen vocation.
