Today’s guest is Heather Hans. Heather is an internationally renowned visionary, healer & teacher, and author of the book, The Heart of Self-Love: How to Radiate with Confidence. She is a professional speaker, video host, producer, artist, and consultant, using her experience, skills and talents to teach people how to love themselves and each other.
Heather overcame a difficult upbringing exposed to loss, addiction, oppression, abuse, and physical ailments, to reach goals she once thought were impossible. Celebrating her gifts, learning from her pain, and sharing her story have allowed her to emerge as a channel to teach others how to excel, evolve, and embrace their power.
In addition to her healing and teaching work, Heather is a mother, a runner, and active volunteer in her community in Boulder, Colorado.
