What are you thankful for?

If you\\u2019ve been listening to my show for a while now, you know that I\\u2019m a big advocate of letting go of your stories \\u2013 the fiction part at least; the part you make up about the real facts of what happens. And you\\u2019ll also know that the best way to do that is to stay awake and not go into auto-pilot mode.

Being thankful is one great way to flip that switch and become fully present to what is. Anytime we pause to give thanks, if we\\u2019re truly looking at what we are thankful for, we have no choice but to heighten our awareness.
