Using Communication to Set Healthy Boundaries

In this episode, we discuss what internal and external boundaries look like for a family as well as the strategies to help you secure them. By setting healthy boundaries with our kids, we do not create added pressure and responsibility to their lives. Additionally, by setting healthy boundaries with others, we become more genuine in our actions and find a nice rhythm for how we interact.

Boundaries are meant to be discussed, set, and then communicated with others. These actions help to decrease misinformation and increase transparency between family members and with others.

He has over a decade worth of experience helping individuals and organizations with communication, leadership, and personal development skills. He is also a Professor of Communication Studies and teaches classes on communication, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
